NANI BUILDING

NANI BUILDING PROJECT (MIDROC CORPORATE OFFICE)

The pioneer tallest building in the metropolis having 22 stories.

The first of its kind built to meet the stringent earthquake requirements set by the Western World.

This skyscraper has a total built up area of 24,000 sq. meters including a basement and a two-level parking deck for about 150 autos. It is meant for department stores, working offices and restaurants. The total project costs Birr 300,000,000.

It is located within the proximity of the Sheraton Addis Hotel, the Hilton Hotel, the Ghion Hotel, Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), Africa International Conference Hall. Simply put, it is at the heart of all the international venues. MIDROC’s Corporate Main Office will be located in this magnificent building.

LOLI BUILDING PROJECT

This is a modern nine-storey building having mixed retail, office and apartment spaces with beautifully designed and well integrated twin towers. To make it more convenient for users three decks for auto parking are incorporated within its basement. The location is near the Old Airport at a place not far from the City Center.

It is close to the Secretariat Headquarter of the African Union (AU), the Residence of the Secretary General of the AU and Victory Department Store. The building area is 19,780 square meter. The construction is at its full swing scheduled to be completed in two years.

HAJI MOHAMMED YASSIN BUSINESS CENTER

This is a modern building which is constructed in Dessie Town, Southern Wollo Zone of the Amhara Regional State, at a cost of close to 20 Million Birr. The building area is 3,354 square meters of land, which would be used for school, cinema hall, offices and other businesses.

CITY CENTER DEVELOPMENT (CCD)

High rise twin towers designed for office and apartments. One tower of 48 stories and the second of 39 stories integrated with a major retail center on the ground and basement floors, parking lots as well.

The location CCD is just in the neighborhood of the City Hall of the Capital.

LIDETA GARDEN CITY DEVELOPMENT (LGCD)

The Lideta Garden City Development is a big venture to be undertaken by the Company. The work is at a stage of its final design for which there is a general site development model, in a scale of 1:2,000.

Covering an area of about 2,000,000 sq. meters at the Old Airport, which extended from the "Sarbet" to the Defense Minister Army Hospital. As a multifaceted project, it is expected to attract many interested occupant customers.

The project comprises of 920 (G+1) residential houses (Villas); 14,640 (G+5) Apartments and Town Homes; and Service Center for Community Activities, Recreation, Sport Facilities, Shopping, Medical Clinic, Police Station and Fire Station.

MIDROC VILLAGE

MIDROC Village, a mixed neighborhood project with 24 individual houses, was constructed in year 2002 for Birr 3 million in Woldia Town. The project, from the onset of feasibility study, design, supervision and construction, was done by Huda Real Estate PLC. Modern Building Industries PLC (MBI) and Kombolcha Steel Products Industries PLC (KOSPI), members of the MIDROC Ethiopia Technology Group, have participated by providing construction materials.

WOLDIA DASHEN BANK and STAFF RESIDENCE

Huda Real Estate has designed, supervised and administered Dashen Banks's very first "own" building and two villas for staff residence for Birr 3.5 million. The total build up area is 565 sq. meters for bank building and 230 sq. meters for staff residence.

KOSPI and MBI - AKAKI FACTORY PROJECTS

Huda has also done the design, construction and supervision works of KOSPI and MBI Akaki Factories.

MIDROC GOLD MINE CIP and FUEL DEPOT PROJECTS

The foundation, construction, supervision and erection works MIDROC Gold Mine PLC's Carbon in Pulp (CIP) and Fuel Depot Projects have also been successfully completed by Huda.
